● TERMS · LAST UPDATED 7 NOVEMBER 2026

The ground rules.

These terms cover every app Ripixel publishes. By using one, you agree to them. How your data is handled is in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Who we are

The apps are published by Ripixel Ltd, Nottingham, UK. Contact: hello@ripixel.co.uk.

Apps covered: FitGlue (retired as a public product in 2026 and in private use only).

Using the apps

  • Use them lawfully, for your own data, and only with accounts you are entitled to connect.
  • Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security of an app, or use it to reach anyone else's data.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We can suspend or close access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Connected services

The apps work with other services you connect, such as Strava, Hevy or Google Health. Your use of those services stays under their own terms. We only act on them as you ask, and we aren't responsible for their availability, their data, or changes they make that stop a connection working. You can disconnect any of them at any time.

Your content

Your workouts, health data, photos and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and send them only as needed to run the features you use, including publishing the things you choose to make public. That permission ends when you delete them or close your account.

Not medical advice

Heart-rate zones, effort scores, recovery hints, calorie estimates and trends are estimates for interest and motivation. They are not medical advice and can be wrong. Talk to a qualified professional about your health, and stop exercising if something feels wrong.

AI-written text

Some descriptions and summaries are written by an AI model from your activity's figures. They can get things wrong. Check anything you publish, and edit or remove it if it isn't right.

Availability and changes

The apps are provided as they are and as available. We may change, pause or retire an app or a feature. When we retire one we will say so on its page here, and you can still ask us for your data or its deletion. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use an app after a change means you accept it.

Liability

We take reasonable care, but we aren't liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, for loss of data you could have kept elsewhere, or for problems caused by services you connected. Where the apps are free, our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use the courts where you live.
